WorkTracked

Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and WorkTracked (“we”, “us”) for the WorkTracked apps for iPhone and Mac, worktracked.com and the related services (together, “WorkTracked”). By creating an account or using WorkTracked, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use WorkTracked for a business, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You need an account to use WorkTracked, and you must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

Everything you put into WorkTracked, such as clients, projects, time, payments, invoices, receipts and files, belongs to you. You let us store, copy and show it only as needed to run WorkTracked for you. For example, we sync it to your devices and show an invoice to someone you share a link with. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You’re responsible for your content. That includes having the right to store the personal details of your clients and contacts, and to share them through invoices and share links.

Using WorkTracked fairly

Don’t use WorkTracked to break the law or anyone’s rights, to send spam or harmful content through share links, to try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Numbers, invoices and taxes

WorkTracked calculates totals, balances, rates, invoices and tax exports from what you enter. It’s a record-keeping tool, not financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Check anything important, such as invoices before you send them and figures before you file taxes. We aren’t a party to any agreement between you and your clients, and we don’t process payments between you and them.

Test versions

Test versions (for example through TestFlight) may be unfinished, change without notice, or have bugs that affect your data. Keep your own records of anything important while testing.

Price

WorkTracked is free during testing. If we add paid plans, we’ll tell you the price before you’re charged, and you can choose whether to pay. Purchases made through Apple follow Apple’s payment and refund rules.

Changes to WorkTracked

We keep improving WorkTracked and may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut WorkTracked down, we’ll give you reasonable notice so you can save your data.

Ending

You can stop using WorkTracked and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to save your data.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep WorkTracked reliable and your data safe, but WorkTracked is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms. In particular, we don’t promise that WorkTracked will always be available, error-free or free of data loss.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost income or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about WorkTracked is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Apple

If you got the app from Apple, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, which may refund the price you paid; Apple has no other warranty duty. Apple isn’t responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries can enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries. You also confirm that you aren’t barred from receiving the app under US law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know in the app before it applies. Continuing to use WorkTracked after that means you accept the new terms.
